I’m Ronita Gilliam, a bookkeeper with a unique perspective. I have previous experience as a multiline adjuster. I have experience handling property, auto, and casualty claims for both personal and commercial lines. That experience has taught me firsthand how demanding the insurance world can be, and how easily overwhelming the “back office” side of the things can get.
Today, I combine that knowledge with my passion for bookkeeping. I specialize in helping independent insurance agencies and adjusters gain clarity and confidence in their finances. From commission tracking to expense management, I provide tailored bookkeeping support so you can focus on what matters most: serving clients and handling claims.
