I’m Nita — bookkeeper, business owner, military veteran, and the person who genuinely believes that financial clarity can change your life.

My path here wasn’t straight. I started college with the intention of becoming a NP as a goal, got accepted into  nursing school,  and worked in a hospital as well as served as a medic in the military. I have a deep respect for what healthcare professionals do. Not to mention the skill, the dedication, and the courage it takes to build a practice from the ground up.

But I realized my calling was on the business side, not the clinical side of the industry. And after years of working full time, taking care of my family, and managing entirely too much, I know burnout firsthand. I started Leveraging Books in the middle of all of that, because I believe that when your finances are in order, you get something back. Time. Freedom. Peace of mind. The ability to actually enjoy the business you worked so hard to build.

Today I work specifically with med spa and aesthetic clinic owners because you deserve someone in your corner who understands your world, speaks your language, and handles the financial side so you can stay focused on your clients.
